I found it really dead, there is no activity in it, unlike the other boards. So I thought SSD should throw a contest in it so it could get some activity. I had a thought but it blew away. Joshua distracted me ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) !

Haven't really talked in months and I'm still distracting you. ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) And what do you propose? It is a place for discussion, not much else goes on in there.

I try to post in there.... Not really much room for discussion I guess?

I think the board title should be changed to "Graphic Support" since that's what the main purpose of the board currently seems to be. I've never seen a "Graphic Chat/Visual Art" type board get very active, that's just how it is, I guess.

And overlook the Visual Arts board, hence, the title. That's really all you could do as of yet. You can't exactly organize any type of contest for a support board (you can of course, but I doubt the staff are up for that).

I agree with Ovi, the name change in a way would help with the activity, by drawing in more newcomers.

That name would bring in people requesting images, It could be more active, but I'd rather keep a mix of the two rather than restricting it to just support.
I think we need some more accessible community practices going in there aswell.

That name would bring in people requesting images, A bolded and attention grabbing note on the header of the board will solve that problem quite easily.

People go and request images in Code support from time to time. There isn't anything to do with graphics or requests in the title there.

I think part of the poblem is that people don't exactly know what they can post about in there. Like, is it supposed to be all graphics, or can there be traditional? ect... So perhaps an informatve post on what does and doesn't belong there would be helpful, that way people weren't so confused. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
