Ok, I've been coming here for quite some time now (Since I joined, about 5 months ago) and I've always had the same exact glitch happen.... The border that goes around the entire forum, works on every page except for the main page. (index.cgi) On the main page, it shows it moved over to the left every single time when it finishes loading. It's been doing it for a while, I just never decided to post about it untill now. Here is an image showing it: {CLICK}Any ideas why it is doing that? ~CrAzY~ Also: This happens in both IE as well as FF for me.

Mine does it too, I'm sure they know about it My guess is they don't want to go through the code to fix it. Maybe something to do with V.6 may be coming out in the future!?!?!?!?! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

It's because of the google ad. We know about it and it has been mentioned lots of times ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) We aren't going to fix it because we are working on V6

That is from the Google Ads as well. I haven't seen major problems like that on v6, so you can wait. It is getting there. *High Fives David*

I actually think that's because of your text size. Try going to View > Text Size > Normal. If it looks too small, you probably need a smaller screen resolution.

Yeah it is very big, but I need it with the resolution I am using. That glitch doesn't really bother me. I just decided to post it because this thread was already here.

Just add this css to the cell that has the forum bg: style='background-align: center; background-repeat: repeat-y;'That should easily fix the border without much effort. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

that's not the problem as there's a table around the forum that's being stretched by the google ad.
Anyway, there's no point fixing it with v6 near.

Yeah, but if you align the background to the center without it repeating horizontally, nobody will notice. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Yeah, I know. But, that was just a quick way to fix it since v6 is near. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

You guys should reconsider in fixing this glitch as v6 has been delayed.

You guys should reconsider in fixing this glitch as v6 has been delayed. That will just delay v6 even more.

Try replacing <table background="http://solidsnakedesigns.elixant.com/ver5/misc/bg_main.gif" cellPadding="0" cellSpacing="0" border="0" width="706" align="center">
with <style> .bgtable { background: http://solidsnakedesigns.elixant.com/ver5/misc/bg_main.gif center repeat-y; } </style>
<table class="bgtable" cellPadding="0" cellSpacing="0" border="0" width="730">
