Friendship
What is it That makes a true friend? Is it that willingness to Stand with you with a will that's unbending Loyalty unending Yet not condescending?
Hmpf. There's no use pretending. Friends know the face behind the mask No matter how tight the string. Dilating-berating you until you bleed Keeping you on your toes- No one knows you but them.
If you are a true friend you have no life From your chaps Nor ever could you lapse into pure lies And become of sighs or any other form That denies yourself to them.
Never can you forget your friends you'll always Try to make amends a friendship this Strong never ends.

I like it. Nice concept of what friendship is. And I like the writing scheme you use, it flows nicely along with what you've got written. :3

This flows pretty well. The only thing I can say is perhaps "Yet totally not condescending?" instead of what you have. I actually laughed when I read this. This is so true. Good verse. This verse is the only one that's a bit awkward. The flow here seems a bit forced and unnatural. I like this verse as well. Usually I really dislike poems that break sentences up into multiple lines seemingly mid-sentence, but somehow I like it here. Good job!
