Do you have any big plans over the summer?
I'll probably be making my way back to Alaska probably.

My big plans... figure out what I am doing with college and get a close friend to date me. The first one is relatively easy to do, the second one... not so much, I think.

Umm. Well, shit.
Work, work some more. Take a trip home to go to my favorite amusement park, visit friends and family, and pick up the car my sister is giving to me. And I'm headed to Seattle once at least, possibly twice if DS and I can save up enough money to be able to go to PAX (Penny Arcade Expo).

Probably just work and race all summer. Then camp trans is in august, which I'm looking forward to. Perhaps I will arrange to meet our resident alien there since our plans for this summer got dumped on by my ex.

I'd wanted to go somewhere on the continent again this year, seeing as I was in Amsterdam in 2007 and travelled around Slovenia last year. I'd planned to try and go to the former, then travel to the latter in time for Metalcamp 2009 in July but its never really came to fruition due to a lack of money amongst myself and those who I'd planned to go with. I've promised myself a trip to Amsterdam in the summer to make up for not doing anything this summer but I'd still like to try and travel somewhere in northern Scotland as I relaised a few weeks ago that I've never travelled any further into the Highlands than Loch Ness/Inverness which is right on the West Highland Fault (the faultline that signals the begining of the Highlands). I was talking to a colleage the other day though and it sounds like travelling to Orkney (a group of Islands just north of Scotland) could be quite cheap.

OMG I want to go to PAX sooooo bad. Muahaha. I went with DS last year since my brother lives 33 minutes from the downtown of Seattle and that's where I was staying at that point in time. Since I'm not huge into video games I was hesitant and didn't like it at first. But I slowly got into it, and ended up liking it. I'm hoping we can make it again this year, but there's no guarantees. If you wind up going one year, we'll all have to end up meeting up.

You'll hear that one a lot. Similar to Mainiacs, ya know? My plans include working (and many hours will be spent slaving at the store), spending time with my hometown friends, hopefully meeting up with college friends at least a few times, and getting back into better shape. I'm not out of shape per se, but now that I have three months to work on it, I plan to improve.
