I'm going to go through and critique these, but in the future please remember to read the rules before posting, since we do ask that you leave one comment on someone else in this board for every post of photos you make, otherwise I will lock your new threads. 1 Wonderful contrast and focus. Lighting appears to be good too. The abstract subjects also give this some nice interest, and the purple of the flower brings out the blue of the eye. I like the black bacground as well, but considering the weight of a reptile, it seems odd that it should be able to be on the flower like that. 2 The crop bugs the crap out of me. I constantly want to scroll down on this. Constantly. The focus looks great though. But once again... the weight thing seems so odd. And I'm not sure I like this guy on that flower with those eyes. It seems... wonky. 3 Lovely depth of field and focus. I feel like the lighting is a bit too harsh on this though. 4 That's awesome as a stop-motion shot. Great job. I kinda wish there was a bit more of him visible though. 5 That is the craziest abstract image ever, but it's really, really cool. You pulled it off well. Wonderful detail.

Thanks, yep, I will be posting quite a bit and Im happy to be viewing and commenting on other peoples work too. The reptile is a hatchling crested gecko weighing only 3grams and the frog is a juvenille which would fit on the end of your fingertip - which might explain the weight thing.
