This is a nice piece although i do have a few comments and suggestions - The glow on the right side of the mans torso (is it Jay Z) is not faded properly like the left side, it slightly fades then just drops to a very light film. I am not sure if you intended to do that or not, but it does make the glow look a tad bad on that side. - The glowing blue line on the right side of the wallpaper stops abruptly on the inside of the mans leg and does not continue over to the other side of the wallpaper. I think it would look nice if you had continued that blue line across the entire length of it. - I don't know whether it is just my eyes but i believe the main focus of the image is in the wrong position. When the wallpaper loaded in full my eyes were drawn straight the the shoes, as they have such a bright white glow. I do like that, but i feel they take too much attention away from the rest of the man. - I really like the cut out and blending (other then the glow on the right side) of the man, very smooth and fits in very nicely. - I like all the different colour tones used within the wallpaper, they all match well together and gives a very pleasing look to the image. Very nicely done.

It's very random, but it looks pretty good. I would have preferred a bigger image of Jay-Z since the background is so simple.
