I think there could be better blending with the brush in the foreground and the background. Maybe work with the color tones as it looks to bright against the dark background. But don't make it all darker as you want to add some depth to it.
Text is OK. I don't like how its within a rectangle. And I don't like the white scanlines or light used. I think it would look fine without effects.
Overall, nice concept and colors. Good work. =)

I think this is a cool unique design for a signature, however, I have to say I think it's kind of boring. There isn't much to it, it kind just seems empty. The text would be alright if the blur wasn't there, and i think just a red text would look much better....

It's very empty feeling and the text is rather small; the blur doesn't make it easier to read either. It sort of looks like you just took grungy splatter brush with the color-jitter and plopped down a few strokes on a striped background. Maybe have a subject and put it in the blood, a gun or a face or something?
The splatter itself is okay but the color variances don't help it; it should either be completely flat or realistically 3D.
