So we're going to multitask a bit this month.
This thread is here for comments on the September Edition. Make sure you mention what your favorite article was... what you think the strong/weak points were... what you'd like to see more of. The more you tell us, the more you ensure the quality of future editions.
And secondly, we're also going to use this thread to guess the Mystery Person(s)! All three of the mystery people are people from history. See if you can guess it and the author will respond telling you whether you are right or wrong.

Some interesting articles this month; I've skimmed through them for now. I thought there would be a mention of The Latticed Window in the history of photography article though, it's a pretty major image in my opinion.

How did the MOTM slip by me? I always read The Herald before it's moved here. Thanks though. Nice to see at least one person appreciates my work.
I'm calling it. We will have a 4 page Herald for October. Halloween!
Great issue everyone.

A side note was left on the end of my YouTube article and I realize now that my editorial would have worked better for October... darn.

You know, I'm kind of offended that a 3-page edition only got 14 comments.

The Herald doesn't get much publicity outside of SSD. It definitely deserves much more than its been getting.

Perhaps it should be promoted more, then? Maybe make some sigs for the regular herald fanatics to wear on other forums, or something. People do actually enjoy doing that, after all.
