nice, except the MOTM article. i like victor, but he did not deserve motm. he posted 25 times in December and his rates were terribly short. he has potentially deserved it in other months, but not December. 25 times out of the approximately 30 threads..I try, jongos. I'd gladly give more feedback to others if there was anything else to say about it at that point on time (if you're trying to refer to me slacking off). Critique is in my opinion being straight to the point so that whoever is asking for critique understands what to improve on next time as well as what are their advantages, not simply stretching words to make one's post sound long and fancy. This is what I've learned from years of critiquing, and I'm sure you understand this as well. Thanks for choosing me E, and great edition as usual!

I think it was an excellent issue and I am grateful to be back on the staff. Everyone deserved what they got. And wouldn't have gotten it, if they didn't. Excellent job Kay, and all the wonderful writers of the Herald. May the new year, be good to us.

Thank you, you guys. This time around as editor I hope to beef up the Herald, and make it better than it was before. (Not that it wasn't great, it was, just you can always make anything better).

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you have *no* clue how difficult it is to pick motm when trying not to repeat people. Mukei has done a wonderful job and deserves this award, even if it is late in some people's minds

E, with all due respect, that was a bit rude.
He expressed his opinion - no need to jump in his face about it.

I don't think anyone will ever change E's goofy side. regardless of her role on staff, anywhere.

You guys I'm positive E wasn't trying to come across as rude. Ryan- remember the talk we had? Yeah, now you're the one assuming, huh? Seems like that one just bit you in the ass. Besides, I have to agree with E, it's not picnic in the park to choose MOTM. As far as not repeating, well, sometimes we do. We try not to though just because it's nicer to have someone different every month instead of the same person.

*cough* since when was a person laughing insulting/rude? *sigh* honestly you guys, you complain when I'm serious and complain when I'm not. Just what exactly is going to please you? I was only laughing at how funny your comment was to me, I always find things funny when people think they can slide in an insult in front of everyone and put it down as constructive criticism. If you had a problem with my choice you should have pmed me instead of making mukei feel like a second rate choice.

You weren't just laughing, you were laughing at him. Last I checked that's usually interpreted as rude.

Sorry, but when I see someone laughing at a criticism, yeah, it is most likely taken as rude. I wasn't talking about your choice, just how you reacted to it.

If that was suppose to show me that it came across as rude, it failed. But whatever. Enough. Take it to PM. I'd like to be able to keep this thread opened all month long, not just two days.

First and foremost, I've gotta say that I'm glad that Gray is doing a good job picking up and carrying on Gaming Insight. A worthy successor, if you ask me. Anywho, interesting read this month, guys. One article didn't really stand out from the rest, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Thanks. An honor. Did you like the topic? Should I do more insights like that, sort of a rant, or should I approach it a different way like just facts, not my opinion. Yeah, I thought it was a good topic, Gray. Haha, you call it an honor. (Not laughing at you; just found it funny). Insights can be on whatever you want - it's your article. I always tried to focus once in a while on what the success of a certain game might spell for a company, how the sales rates might show new trends, the conventions, new game announcements, and other much more interesting things which I cannot think of right now. It'd be odd to see the February edition without a mention of Brawl, however. I think Adam and I might have to kill you.
