Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues while browsing the forums. We want to make sure we can get all the kinks out this week as our coder will be very busy later on and we are running out of cookies to pay him. Use this form: Overview: (Describe bug/issue) Browser/OS: (ex. Mozilla Firefox 2 on Windows Vista) Screenshot: (If possible, provide a screenshot of error)

We do know about some bugs. The main one being the sex[E] bar is overlapping the affiliate/links, and the copyright image. So no need to report that one.

also, we know about the random colored names that shouldn't be colored. Not sure if it can be fixed. Mr. Dreggy will have to say so himself later.

When I edit my profile, all the defaults are for No Images, No Signatures, No Avatars, etc. (I can't remember if this is a PB thing, it seems familiar). Also out of interest, the Sex[E] bar doesn't overlap the copyright and affiliates for me (IE7): www.geocities.com/mucleusman/ssd1.gif

yeah, a lot of the images are not working for me.
also, the margins on the main page are messed up, but only if i'm logged in. also, the pm button doesn't work if i'm logged in.
and, the loading thing always stays at the top even after it has loaded. and i think you should make it open the page automatically instead of forcing the user to click the click here now button. just for convenience.

Dreg, add a alt. description for the Community images saying what they are. Like what month for the herald, art group pack name/number, and interview name.
Bookmark preferences link is no where to be found.

The main purpose of SolidSnake designs in the past was code! I see absolutely no indication that ProBoards Support scripts exist on this Forum. I see no login/registration, and have no idea if I am even logged in at all (admittedly, it has been a long time since I had reason to visit here ... my Forum has been very stable). I assume that I am, indeed, logged in, if I am able to post here ... but this particular Board and thread may be open to guests. So I will only know my status when I preview and/or post. Well, at least that question is answered ... my 'forever' login is still in effect. So the question that must be answered (to my satisfaction) is: is the main purpose of SolidSnake Designs still to support coders ... and the people in need of code(s) because we do not have the skills to develop them ourselves?Repeating an earlier suggestion ... 'alt' text for the non-standard buttons and which are not exactly 'intuitive'. And nothing shouted out 'color' to me, or 'size' (either of two red buttons could be the one I wanted). It took me a minute to remember the UBBC for color, since I am heavily involved in HTML work right now ... and (at my age) get easily confused. Regarding the posting visuals ... I would prefer a brighter text for the very dark background. The blacker the background the yellower the text for visibility. Even with my reading glasses, the default text size is a bit hard on 66 year old eyes.

In my profile I see that the messenger text area is a little out of its boundaries. Dunno if that's known yet, I didn't see it reported. Tested in in Firefox 3 so far.

If you see the logout button at the top... you're logged in. UBBC hovers can be added. I'm sure that isn't very tough for Dreg SSD is not a Code Support forum anymore. We are more of an art community now with a central focus on digital design. We do still provide code support but it is limited. The Code Databases are being moved to the main website. We'll make an announcement when the transition has happened. Artemis: Are you on OS X? If so, Dreg says he can't fix it since he doesn't have access to a Mac.

Josh -- It is for Mac, but this would be the first time it's ever differed from the Windows version of the same browser.

I am using a 6 year old HP Pavilion with Windows XP (HE) ... I have never owned a MAC (about a dozen AMIGAs, though! ) If Code Support and the Code Database are being moved elsewhere, I will likely be a 'departure' once the new site is available. With a web site and two ProBoards Forums to maintain, there just isn't enough time during my waking day to spend in discussions ... about anything.

The last two skins I have made/tested (Studio Zero v3 and SSD v7) have both had some big differences between systems. I think it has something to do with the way fonts are rendered on OS X as compared to Windows (there's a huuuge difference). The differences between Safari on OS X and Windows is even more staggering
Also... Now that I think about it, the font might be a little small. >.< If it isn't 12pt, it should be. lol

Database and submissions will be done through the site.

Bug: On the mainpage, if you hide a cat right now, refresh, and click it, it does not disappear from the bar. You can click it again in the sexE bar and it will, again, hide the category. Only way to fix this is to reset cookies at the moment. Browser: Only tested it on Firefox 3 Mac. Probably on other ones. Screen: n/a
fixed
