Does anyone have any idea how to include a Registration system on a WEB SITE? So people can register and get there own profile.

It's one of the simple and the neatest things you can do using PHP and MySQL. You can find many such tutorials online, it'll basically be the development of a small scale CMS.

ir.dmsuperman.com/Catch it on a good day/time (which is most of the time). That's my website, I developed it myself. I'm too lazy to go find the link, but there's something called User Management X under the downloads section, you can either directly use it or figure out your own with it, but it's pretty much exactly what you need (as far as I know).

Essentially what you do is, create a table in MySQL and add data to it. For example, username and password. Then when somebody "logs in" you check the data they insert, with data in the tables and see if you find any matches. If you do, log them in and then use the data to build a profile. If you learn basic PHP you should be able to do it fairly easily.

This is what I'm learning right now! I actually did it and now I just need to figure out a use for logging into the site I coded it into.
