IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER: The absolute Best book to buy is PHP: In Easy StepsMade by Barns and Noble, (There are a whole line of "in easy steps" books. The main reason I reccomend it is because it's 1. Easy To read and Easy to understand 2. Cheap! About $9.99 which ain't bad! 3. Got all the basic info for creating pretty good pages/dynamic contect with PHP. It's by no means an advanced Coders Manual, but I read it before I knew barely what PHP was, and it helped a CRAPLOAD! Then when you read it, you could look into other books. But because of it's simplicity and Nifty Index I would SERIOUSLY reccomend it to any PHP n00b or just somone who's insecure with their PHP skills and doesn't want to pay $30 for a good PHPbook, There's allso a slightly newer book about PHP 5But if you're really curious just GO HERE
