"Me and Myself" by Ryan.Gimli
Interviewer: So Ryan, I'll start by asking you to supply a Short background on yourself. Emphasis on short, I still remember your childhood story, we don't want this to get out of hand.
Ryan: Lets kick this pig! I'll start with when I first go into proboards, since that is my beginnings, and is what got me into doing graphics. Well, I guess I should also tell you my age and name. Im Ryan O'Donnell, I'm 15 and I live in new Jersey. I first heard about proboards through Morgoths board, way back when it was devoted to the LOTR Strategy Battle Game. He had a nice little forum back then, though I usually hung out at the Games-Workshop forums, I visited his regularly. I saw a link to SSD somewhere on the site, be it in a signature, of affiliate, I don't remember, that was SSD V4 I believe. Anyways, I looked around SSD mainly just to get codes for my own forum. I also participated a little in the battle board and the other things graphics wise, such as graphic discussion. When SSD switched to V5, my computer didn't like loading it, so I stopped going. But after I got a new computer, well, I came back for a bit. Then I met the Ninjas...
Interviewer: Interesting. What got you into web design?
Ryan: Well, me and some friends liked doing it, so we decided to open a business, just like that. We have gotten a few customers, not as many as i would like though.
Interviewer: How do you find inspiration for a website you are working on?
Ryan: I don't listen to music as most people do, to find my inspiration I will look at a few stock images, finding ones I like, and after a eliminate a few, I will make up three or four basic interfaces based around the stock images colors. Eh, I know it's kind of boring, but thats how I work.
Interviewer: Not so boring, everyone has their own ways of doing things. Are you working on any website interfaces right now?
Ryan: Yes, I am. One for my dad, he needs one pretty badly.
Interviewer: Hmm. I used up all my questions, have any suggestions as to what to ask you now?
Ryan: That was a question.
Interviewer: Ha! So it was.
Ryan: How about asking me about my life as a Ninja-Jedi?
Interviewer: You never get off that subject for long do you?
Ryan: I try not too.
Interviewer: Ok, fine then, How is you life as a Jedi-Ninja?
Ryan: It's Ninja-Jedi. Ninjas are better than Jedis. Anyway, sometimes things are tuff, you know, battling evil and all. We rarely have time for ourselves, but it can be a fun life to live.
Interviewer: What do you like most about being a Ninja?
Ryan: Well, I think it's that we make everything ourselves. Ninjas make all their weapons, and even their clothes, which are the only true black. Everything else is really a dark blue, or a dark green. To get a true black, you have to kill a dragon and take his heart, then preform a extremely hard and long ritual. And when I say Long, I mean LONG, six weeks to dye a shoelace, its not pretty either.
Interviewer: How do you feel about Pirates?
Ryan: Ninjas don't really care about Pirates much.
Interviewer: But I thought Pirates were Ninjas sworn enemies?
Ryan: No, we Ninjas just pretend that Pirates can beat us, they really can't. we're Ninjas, after all. We just like to toy with the Pirates lesser minds.
Interviewer: Ahh, I see. Well, we had a lot of senseless rambling, Ill try asking you some more real questions before I end this interview.
Ryan: This is a interview?
Interviewer: Yes, but SHHH I ask the questions here, not you. So, what exactly do you do all day, Ryan? Besides designing websites, that is.
Ryan: Play WoW, Eat, Sleep, Drink Mountain Dew. What do you do all day, faceless interview genie?
Interviewer: I'm not a genie, more of a fairy. And I interview people, of course. God, what happened to asking real questions?
Ryan: I don't know, you the Interviewer.
Interviewer: Alright, I'm done here. It's been nice talking to you, have a good one.
Ryan: You too! <3
