1. Find an image you like, just for example, I'll use the following: 2. Paste this in photoshop. Go to filter > blur > Gaussian blur with a radius of 3. 3. Go to filter > fade (top) and set it to 100% and darken. 4. Voila! You're done! You should've ended up with something like this: Enjoy!

I'm using PS v7. I don't see a fade filter. immediately after doing the step, go edit>fade ... the ... is whatever your last filter was. as for this being a rip, i saw it the other day and i forgot to post about it.
