1. Create an image with equal dimensions. I will do mine 50x50 just so you all can see what I do with each step. 2. Outline the image and create diagonals across it with black. 3. Pick a color, and select four different shades of it. We will be using grey. 4. Put the lightest shade in the upper area; the second lightest in the left, the second darkest in the bottom, and the darkest in the right. 5. Fill in the outline and diagonals with the darkest color. Note: It also looks nice if you round off the corners a tiny bit by putting a 1-pixel dot in each that is the same color as your background. What it looks like as a bullet (about 13x13):
