In this tutorial I will teach you how to make reflections (I know this is really easy to do but this is for beginners). First of all open Photoshop type some text that you want to reflect. Heres what ive got so far: Second duplicate the layer and go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical and use Free transform till the bottoms of the letters touch each other: Third change the opacity of the layer to 40% and go to Edit>Skew to skew the reflection sideways and youre done! Hers the final product:

i suggest doing two things.
1. instead of a skew do a perspective change to make it wider and more realistic.
2. after perspective or skew, rasterize the reflection and select the bottom half with the rectangular marquee tool. go select> feather. use 14 and hit ok. now hite Delete, and you have a good reflection.
not a bad tut tho.
