Diagnol Scanlines

1. Open a new image document with a width and hieght of 3x3 and make the background of the image transparent.
2. Zoom the image to 1600%(Ctrl+0 <-------zero not o).
3. Then select the pencil tool and set the settings like this picture:

4. Then draw 3 dots with the pencil like this(any side)

5. The go to Edit > Define Pattern
6. Then when you want to use the scanlines, open a image, make a new layer(Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N) then select the whole image(Ctrl+A) then go to Edit > Fill, then choose the pattern and set the blending mode to Soft Light and change the Qpacity to any % you want

2. Zoom the image to 1600%(Ctrl+0 <-------zero not o).
3. Then select the pencil tool and set the settings like this picture:

4. The draw a dot like this:
if your image is 1x2:
if your image is 2x1:
5. The go to Edit > Define Pattern
6. Then when you want to use the scanlines, open a image, make a new layer(Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N) then select the whole image(Ctrl+A) then go to Edit > Fill, then choose the pattern and set the blending mode to Soft Light and change the Qpacity to any % you want
