- Open a new document, 100x100 transperent.
- take your circular marquee tool and make a fixed size circle 98x98 pixels big in the MIDDLE of the circle. Use a feather of 2 px
- Fill your selection with a gradient tool with 2 any matching colors you want.
- Go to blending options, innershadow:
angle: 90o distance: 15px choke: 5px opacity: 17% leave everything else the same. The grad overlay: opacity: 48% angle: 117o Bevel and emboss with: Inner Bevel Down Depth: 100% size: 5
- filter-stylize-solarize
- filter-render-lens flare(play with settings till desired effect.)
- Recolorize the image to any color you want.
- Add w/e effects you want after that.

Not bad but it really rough and u dont need the black part around the top area as and it would look so nice but still not bad just a little rough try and smooth it otherwise id say around 6/10
