hi! i'll show you how to make an awesome water effect banner. better then the other night's one! best if used with 600 by 150 or 700 by 175. 1.select a color, i used 3F87B8. as long as you use a moderate dark blue you'll get a good result! 2. start marking lines all over your new pic. space out the lines a few pixies. something like this will be good 3. next use filter<blur<motion blur angle: 90 distance: 20 you should get something like this 4. next use filter<sketch<bas relief detail:14 smoothness: 3 light direction: top you should get something like this 5. next use filter<distort<wave generaters:5 waveleght: Min: 10 max: 20 amplitute:5 and 35 scale: both at 100% type: sine undifined areas: repeat pixies should get something like this this is the end up this tut. if you want a fuzzy look to it just fallow the next step. 6. nexxt use filter<stylize<diffuse mode: normal you should get a final result like this good luck!
