- Photoshop 7+
- Yourself
Ok open a document.mine are going to be 500*500 1. Press d 2. Fill the background with black. 3. Take the marquee tool (circle) and make a circle. Make so big. 4. Go to Filter-Rendor-Clouds - Deselect 5. Go to Filter-Stylize-Extrude Have the setting 6. Hit Ctrl+U and set the colors to whatever you want to. Ending product. I customize this one.

On the hue I made it a bit lighter so the whole thing was light blue and added some scanlines.

That's pretty good, but I think I like it better without the scanlines. With a bit of brushing ontop of that, it could be an A+ graphic.
