Okay,this is really easy,so it's impossible to get lost. 1)Open any image that you would like to add your mist to. 2)Go to Layer>New>Layer and name it whatever you want. 3)With the new layer selected,hit Filter>Render>Clouds 4)Now,go to the layers pallette and set the opacity of the image to 68% You now have your mist.See?I told you it was easy.

I use CS,but it should work in any Photoshop that has: [/li][li]New Layer Option [/li][li]Filter>Reander>Clouds [/li][li]Layers Pallette where you can change the image opacity.
And that is pretty much every single Photoshop.

Make sure your clouds aren't red either...no one wants red mist..

That's true ;D But if you section part of the layer for the clouds and do it slightly using above like a yellow or something then it could look like radiation
