Filter > Blur > Radial Blur Amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Best You should have something like this now 5.) Layer > Duplicate Layer 6.) Filter > Distort > Wave Type: Sine Number Of Generators: 1 Wavelength: Min: 78 Max: 150 Amplitude: 35 38 Scale: Horiz: 100% Vert: 100% Undefined Edges: Repeat Edge Pixel You should have something like this 7.)Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options Blend Mode: Lighten You shuld have somethis like this 8.) Merge the layers together (Ctrl + E) 9.) Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation (Crtl + U), Tick off Colerize 10.) Now colerize your backround Now here is your final result:

My color was on white so it didnt turn out as great.

Yep. I was new just a few months ago, and this is the sort of stuff that gets you used to the different tools without intimidating you too much... ;D
You even have all my favorite colors...niiice.
