Finished Product: First, start out with a black image, white background. I used 100 x 350. Next, Scribble any color with a size 9 brush. Then, Change the color to something lighter (if you used a dark color or green, blue, or purple) or darker (if you used a light color or red, orange, or yellow), and scribble around just a little bit. After That, Select Filter >> Pixelate >> Color Halftone and use these settings And you should get something similar to this: After that, go to Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur and use these Settings: and click okay, and you have it!! Now you can add a border, some scanlines and some text and use as a sig!!! after adding scanlines, text, and a border.

At the end it would be better if you hued it. Right now it seems like the colors are reacting. Nice tut

a thing to make it have a cooler effect is make a white border then do two more radial Blur the some
