Ok this one is simple too but i still think it looks awsome! Step 1. Make a new picture (any size),RGB and, white. Step 2. Press d to reset your colors. Step 3. Make your foreground color D34326 and your background C9691C. Step 4. Click Filter>Render>Clouds it may look like one color but dont worry. Step 5. Click Filter>Render> Difference Clouds. Step 6. Repeat Step 5. Step 7. Click Filter>Texturize>Grain. Step 8. Change the settings for intensity about 5-20. (I used 13.) Lower for smoother wood and higher for rougher wood. Make sure it set for vertical grain. Finally set the contrast to 0. Enjoy! If you want to change the color just take another brownish color as the foreground and/or background. Then start from step 4. here is finished project: 2nd Tut Rate plz! ;D

lol are you sure the grain is set to vertical? o and RGB= Red, Green, Blue.
