Ok I dont know what you can do with it really but make a background. I was messing with filter and got this. What you need: Instructions: 1)Open new file size 450 by 100 (its what I used) 2)Press "D" to reset your colors 3)Go to Filters> Render> Clouds 4)go to Filter> Render> Difference Clouds (press ctrl-F to repeat till you get something u think u will like, more spread out the clouds the better) 5)Go to Filter> Brush Strokes> Sumi-e and input settings - Stroke Width = 10
- Stroke Pressure = 2
- Contrast = 12
6)Go to Filter> Brush Strokes> Crosshatch and input settings - Stroke Length = 10
- Sharpness = 5
- Strength = 3
7)Go to Filter> Stylize> Wind input settings - Method = Wind
- Direction = From the Right
8) Go to Filters> Stylize> Find Edges 9)Last thing go to Image> Adjustments> Hue/Saturation - check Colorize then set it to your likeings. And heres what you will get #nosmileys#nosmileys
