It's beautiful Alan. The angle on it is from above correct? I've been sitting here staring at it trying to figure it out. I'm not sure why, I just want to know, lol.
Something says, above and infront of it. Because of the reflection in the water. As Achillies said, how did you get the background white? Excellent work.
At any rate I'm enjoying this one.

I actually used paper. It's not the best to use for a white background, but that's the best I've got. The original isn't as white as that, and it isn't all white; I had to fill in the spaces of the background to match the rest of it in Photoshop, then I put the brightness up slightly so it was pure white. Idealy I'd like better lighting for it, but I just used what I had available. And yeah, it is above and in front of it. Thanks too Joe.

I remember when my step-father did a picture similar to that. Though it was with an old-timey sword. He's great at editing photos in Photoshop. He's the one that got me into PS a few years back, but I took a different course. Yay, I thought so. Lol I don't know why things like that bother me. Again, great picture.

Haha, you have a cool step-father. I don't know where I'd be without photoshop. I use it to adjust things a lot.

Haha, you have a cool step-father. I don't know where I'd be without photoshop. I use it to adjust things a lot. Yea, I guess he's alright. Besides some minor things. I agree, I've actually done a few photos myself in photoshop. Back then though I was more into pokemon (sp?), DBZ, and stuff like that. 3 or 4 years back I guess. All of this makes me want to get another camera. ::goes to bug mother::

I'd like to see your stuff.

Haha, you should get one. I'd like to see your stuff. I'll try to find those few I did. I think they were on my first computer though, which is pretty much destroyed.

Did you use Auto Levels?
I tend to use that on every stock I use because it really makes the photo... better? Well, makes the contrast a tad better anyway.

Beautifully captured, Alan.
The color is so vivid and lively. Somehow you've taken something so simple and made it very interesting. Absolutely beautiful. ^_^
