Im downloading PSP10 right now and was wondering how to make gradients (backgrounds) like the ones on here

Downloading psp x is illegal unless it is the trial version. And gradients and backgrounds are two separate things.

There is a gradient tool.
I'm not sure about the background
EDIT
there isnt a gradient tool, im getting confused between photoshop and psp.
try looking for a tutorial,there should be one about background/gradients.

Well, I know this thread is old and I don't know if the person even needs this anymore BUT, here's how to do it:
1. Create a new image, preferbly 30x60 2. Click on the fill tool(it is a paint bucket) 3. On the color selector, click the solid circle and it should give you three options(i.e. solid circle, gradient circle and texturized circle) 4. Select the gradient circle. It should then show a gradient, probably black to white in the box. 5. Click it and the gradient manager should pop up. 6. Edit/Select the gradient that you want. 7. Click on the canvas with the paint bucket tool and there you go.

Phowof, I was getting worried there, Im planning on getting the new version and was afraid there wasnt a gradient tool in it. I have Version8 now. I like it alot. A bit of a bump there, don't you think? ~Virtuoso
