Im not sure if this is a problem on Paint Shop Pro 9 and 10 but it is on 8. So i thought i would post this to help any one out who was having problems (i know i am not the only one who has had it, and i often get asked how to do so"
If you are having trouble downloading brushes into the brush folder, create a new folder on your desktop and move the brushes you download to that folder. Then in psp get your brush tool and click the arrow next the the brush options (the one that lets you preview the brush) And click the three folders at the bottom. Then click add and find that folder you made and put press ok. Then press ok to close the window and you should have the new brushes! If you have any problems with this try exiting out of psp then back in. If it fails to work try moving the brushes back to your paint shop pro brush folder. If this doesn't work im not exactly sure what to say ~dan

Or you could just go to file>import>custom brushes.
