Have one of your image up. Then copy the other picture and paste it as a new layer over the other picture. Then get your move tool and move it over to the side or werever you want it. Then get your eraser. Set the size to: 20 and the ocapacity to: 10. Now erase over the part of the picture you want blended. Use that as much as needed to get it to look just right. And play around with it
Here is another way to blend - 1) find to pictures that you want to blend 2) have them both open in psp 3) go to image- arithmitic 4) you know have alot of options to use to blend it together 5) chose for image 1 wht picture you want the blending on 6) and for image 2 chose the other on you want to blend it with 7) just mess around the the other options for diff. results ~dan

I'm just refining here, one other thing to really make it look professional, is, after pasting as a new layer, the image you want to blend, go to selections and choose freehand selection, and cut out the bit you don't want, or just use the magic wand, feather it to an extent, and press delete. That should work nicely. Play around with feathering, set different layer blending modes and you'll learn yourself.
^_^
Have fun.

Also, when using the smart edge or edge seeker to select only part of an image, set the feather to about 15 and that should be nice. Once pasted as a new layer, try the different blend modes and you should have a nice blended image.

Yes. You can also set it to feather when you start selecting in the tool options toolbar.
