THIS TUT WAS MADE WITH ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS(i think it may work on 7)1. open a new image...500x500 2. fill it with black(000000) 3. the go to filter > render > lens flare make the pic look like this repeating the lens flare(make the pic look like the one below) 4. go to filter > distort > wave and use these settings: then...you have a image similar to the one below 5. go to filter > distort > twirl use these settings then...you'll get a pic similar to the one below 6. duplicate the layer and go to edit > transform > flip horizontal then set the layer's(layer # 2) blending mode to lighten then you'll get something like the one below then merge those babies together and colorize it then your perfect! :lol

an extra could be to add a step saying
press Ctrl+U and check the colorize button. then make it any color you want.

would also be good if u went to filter>Sketch>Chrome and set the top setting to 10 and the bottom to 0 or vice-versa. nice tut.

Never use H/S use color balance![/quote] no color balance is not a good way cause you can't get a good color with it, the hue/saturation is better because you can get a better color that is normal example: Hue/Saturation: Color Balance: i'm not lying if u don't believe, try it Regular Pic:

It sort of makes us mad, reading a post, scrolling down, and then reading the same post again. Anyways, good tutorial, it looks pretty interesting. I would try it if I had Photoshop.
