How do I export or save an animation file made in CS3 extended. I tried CompuServe GIF and it didn't work. Is there some setting on CompuServe GIF that needs to be selected to enable animation? Or is there another way to do it altogether?

How are you saving it? Save it for web + device and make the format a gif. Also, do a google search as there are some free programs that can like combine frames and make them a gif.
Or wait for C130 to come. She knows everything.

Adobe implemented all of the features of Image Ready into CS3 if I remember correctly. There has been a lot of debate as to whether they should bring it back or not because a lot of people seem to be having issues with file saves.

I don't have a working copy of CS3 to look at, so I probably can't help.
Are there any animation or Gif options under the "Export" header in the File menu?

I reverted to CS2 because CS3 was too big of a switch to take all at once. I did look though and I found a tutorial that should be pretty easy for you to follow. Click Me.

Isn't there something under File that says "Save for web and devices"? Select that and choose the .gif format.
