Lately I found myself realizing more and more people don't know the simple commands that make Photoshop easier to use. So I decided to expand your knowledge and give a few of my favorite shortcuts in Photoshop. First is resetting Photoshop to its default settings. Hold CRTL+ALT+SHIFT while opening Photoshop. This will give you an option to delete the settings file. I have experimented with this but don’t know fully what it deletes entirely. CTRL+T makes the current selection go to free transform.CTRL+F will reapply the last filter.CTRL+E Merges the currently selected layer down.Caps lock makes your cursor change to a “precise” brush type. Hitting the D key changes your background color to white and foreground color to blackHitting the X key swaps the foreground and background colors
